Activity logged in terms of these features and user traffic metrics is analysed and presented through the GovChat back end management portal.

The portal boasts dashboards which visualises the data collected on an anonymised basis accessed by different user groups (from Ministerial level down to ward councillors), with configurable permission settings. These portals provide both local officials and oversight bodies online real-time escalation and reporting services, for views dependent on their jurisdictions, visualised on heatmaps or accessed via query tools.
